1. The service
Worth the Story turns long-form conversations into short vertical stories. Our tools cover editorial selection, media processing, quality checks and publication through the official APIs of supported platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Features may be limited, changed, paused or unavailable, and we cannot promise that any platform will accept, publish, recommend or keep available a given piece of content.
This website provides information about the project. It does not offer public accounts, uploads, payments or a public publishing interface.
2. Accounts and authorization
A platform account may be connected only by someone who controls it or has clear authority to act for its owner. Whoever connects an account is responsible for approving only the permissions and actions they intend to use, keeping the account secure and following that platform’s rules.
Access can be revoked through the relevant platform, or by contacting [email protected]. Revoking access may stop a current or future workflow, but it does not undo an action a platform has already completed.
3. Content and responsibilities
Rights in videos, audio, images, text, names, likenesses and other material remain with their owners. Content is prepared and published only where the necessary permissions, licences, consents or other lawful basis exist for the selected platform.
The service must not be used for content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or harmful, or that breaks a platform’s rules; to evade moderation; to impersonate anyone; to violate privacy or publicity rights; or to distribute malware or other harmful material. If you believe a publication uses your material or likeness improperly, contact us and we will review it promptly.
4. Third-party platforms
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms are independent services. Their terms, privacy notices, developer policies, technical limits, review decisions and availability apply separately. Worth the Story is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram or TikTok.
When a publication is requested, the relevant media, metadata, account identifiers and publication settings are sent to the chosen platform, which may process or retain that information under its own terms and policies.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including for security, legal, technical or operational reasons. We may also update these Terms as the project or its obligations change; the date above identifies the current version.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended when use creates a security or legal risk, breaks these Terms, relies on revoked authorization, or interferes with the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Suspension or termination does not remove responsibilities that arose before it.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular result, platform approval, or that content will be accepted or published.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Токарев Дмитрий Олегович is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or third-party platform losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
